Located in the heart of Kyiv, the Media Centre is a multifunctional space intended for educational activities, conferences and congresses.
Decima was commissioned to provide a comprehensive service including architectural design, construction management, and installation of technological systems (electrical, audio, video, stage and architectural lighting), as well as the acoustic and functional interior design of the complex.
The project includes the refurbishment of a main hall and three conference rooms, each distinguished by a specific colour scheme.

Main features
- Design and works management: overall architectural supervision of the project, with detailed monitoring of all stages of execution.
- Integrated systems: custom-made electrical, audio, video, stage lighting and architectural lighting systems.
- Coverings and finishes: wood panelling, textiles and matching drapes for the stage and auditorium.
- Acoustic correction: wooden and fabric acoustic panels to optimise speech intelligibility and acoustics comfort.
- Video system: video projection with TV broadcasting equipment, projectors and screens
- Themed conference rooms (red, orange, blue): Sound-diffusing false ceilings, wooden and fabric wall coverings, customised curtains and drapes, audio-visual systems for sound diffusion and simultaneous interpreting, scenic and architectural lighting specific to each classroom.
We have designed and created a comprehensive, elegant and functional technological hub, capable of adapting to a variety of training and conference requirements.
We are proud to have created versatile environments that are acoustically controlled and optimally integrated from an audio-visual, stagecraft and architectural point of view.
