The auditorium housed within the Intesa Sanpaolo skyscraper, designed by architect Renzo Piano, was conceived as an extremely versatile and technically advanced space.
Decima contributed to creating a state-of-the-art multifunctional environment that can easily adapt to different types of events, from conferences to shows.
Main characteristics
Variable acoustics: motorised rotating panel systems, with metal frames clad in wood on one side and fabric on the other, to adapt the room to different sound requirements.
Tiered seating: seats handled by means of the Spiralift® system, which allows the hall to be configured as a multipurpose space without seats or with tiered seating. The seats are equipped with an automatic fold-down system so they can be easily stored under the floor.
Light bridges and cinema screen: Installation of five light bridges and a motorised retractable cinema screen to ensure maximum flexibility in lighting and projection.
We strove to offer a technical solution that would live up to the architectural design, combining innovation, precision and respect for the concept of a truly transformable space.
